After a few months in the planning, we’re really excited to announce the launch of our new Reputation and Issues (R+I) practice.
The offer will include corporate, third sector and crisis communications, along with bespoke media training. New MD hire Sarah Skinner, will lead the division. Sarah was formerly at Grayling and Teneo Blue Rubicon, and most recently founder of her own corporate communications and third sector purpose PR agency for the last three years, Heron Communications.
Sarah brings new clients to Launch including London’s Air Ambulance Charity and Stoll, the veteran housing charity currently undergoing a significant and sensitive proposed land sale, and will lead a team within Launch, with the aim of doubling the agency in size in three years.
Speaking of the new practice, Sarah says: “Launch is an agency with a strong heritage, bright and curious people and an ambition to grow. The key for me, was that ‘creative purpose’ has been at the heart of the agency for over two decades now. Purpose is a word we hear a lot in the industry, but Launch has been doing it since 2001. The new practice allows us to deliver third sector, crisis and corporate communications using a truly creative approach.”
Comments Launch founder, Johnny Pitt; “Launch has built its reputation on creativity and brands. Yet for us, brands have never faced a greater reputational risk than they do now, and so launching a new reputation practice within the agency, is a logical next move for us. Sarah brings some great cause-led experience too, and is already off to an absolute flyer.”
Launch is also the agency behind the cause-led awards, The Creative Shootout, that has just announced its Charity of the Year, Carers UK.
